Return Policy

At James & Mary Dublin, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • In original condition

    • With all original tags and labels attached

  • Trying on items is permitted; however, items must not be worn beyond fitting purposes.

  • Ordering multiple sizes or products with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing:

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner.

  3. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including any applicable customs fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any customs duties or import charges are non-refundable.

  • If the item does not meet return conditions, a refund may be denied.

4. Liability & Shipping Responsibility

  • James & Mary Dublin is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If an incorrect address was provided, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
